Another Bloody B**CH

Encounter 2 bloody bitches less than 1 month in the cruel working world. Why is this happening manz. Haiz...yes...had a bad experience with another bitch again yesterday.

Tink I mentioned in my earlier post that I hab to do some telemarketing for our promotion. Anyway, I called up XXX Ltd. Yes...the famous water treatment system in Singapore. Big organisation and quite high profile oso. Ok, back to the bitch. She's the receptionist who picked up the call. At first she was normal. I introduced myself, telling her I'm calling from which company etc. and the purpose of my call. So I requested to speak to someone from the HR department...blar blar blar. She put me on hold to the department. I waited for a very long time, nearly 5 mins and there was no background/on-hold music. I actually thought that my line has been cut off, but then I did not hear the engaged tone, so I waited patiently. Later on, tis bitch picked up the fone again and told me that the person is not around and she decided to give me the direct line extention of the person instead. At this point of time, she was pretty impatient oredi. I took down the number, and before I could ask further, she hang up on me. And on both occasions when she wanted to hold my line or end my call, she juz end it abruptly. I mean ppl who have the courtesy/manners will AT LEAST say something like "Tks, Bye". Of coz I dun expect her to say something like "Thank you for calling. Have a nice day. Goodbye." But hey, I did call up a few organisations who hab excellent receptionist and great customer service ok!

Anyway, apparently my call wasn't ended. Tink the fone works in such a way that if u do not really hang it and u switch the line, the line will not be cut-off. Surprisingly, after a while, the bitch picked up the call again! So I told her my line was cut-off and that she hang up on me before I could hab the chance to speak futher. Oh yes, tink I forget to mention what I wana ask her hor. I actually wana find out the name of the person whom I can speak to. I mean it'll be much easier right. It does not make sense if I can bother to find out the no. yet do not know the name of the person. Anyway, it won't kill her by telling me the name of the contact person. I wonder wat's her problem!....Ok...here's her reaction when she heard my voice again: "Why are you calling again? I thought I gave u the number oredi?"...Hey, her attitude is damn f**king bad ok! She was practically shouting at me liao when my voice was like less than 10 decibles! *faints*....I was totally pissed at this point of time, but I "REN", coz I dun wan to spoil the image of my company. Besides, no point wasting my brain cells and energy on such low intellectual ppl. So tis is wat I replied her: " I noe u gave me the number, but I've yet to finish my sentence, u juz hang up on me. I juz wan to find out the name out the name of the person for the extension no. that u juz gave me." Guess wat was her ultimate reaction? ...This is the bitch's reply (in a super agitated + irritated tone): " HELLO! I'M VERY BUSY AND I HAB OTHER CALLS TO PICK UP."....Wah!! I'm truely amazed by her reply manz! *claps claps applause applasue*...Well done Bitch! That's wat I call "EXCELLENT" CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will someone please gib her an award for the "MOST COURTEOUS" RECEPTIONIST??....PlS...I TINK SHE REALLY DESERVES ONE.....TIGHT SLAP! Ok, I decided that I'm oso very busy and am not gona "fight" with her in the fone. As I've mentioned, I dun wan to spoil the image of my Company. Anyway, I ended the call by saying this: " I dun tink U're fit to be a receptionist."....then I hang up the call. No point scolding her vulgarities, much as I would LOVE to do that. But of coz cannot lah. After I kana sued and charge in court ah...then not worth it liao!

Anyway, most ppl say Better NOT offend gals and this is very true. Coz I decided to kill 2 birds with one stone. Btw, the bitch did gib me the name of the nice lady for the ext. So I decided to call her, to promote our products and at the same time, complain to her abt the receptionist. But I did use my brains to tink first before taking action coz I feel that I'm oso doing this XXX Organisation a favour by giving them feedback on how "well" their receptionist is performing. I actually told the nice lady that it's lucky that now the person whom she encounter is me...prolly juz business partner, but wat if it's a customer etc. I guess it'll definately reflect Very badly on the company. The nice lady did thank me for the feedback lah, but I duno whether she will bring it up to the relevant ppl or not. Btw, there's oni 1 receptionist in the organisation. So in any event u guys wan to call up this particular organisation for watever reasons, Pls Be Prepared! Dun say I neber warn u guys hor!
