Sparkling Set of Teeth!!

Has been a billion years since I last visited the dentist for cleaning up. I can't even remember when was the last time I had my teeth cleaned and polished! Hmm...tink it was prolly 2 years back! Can feel my teeth all filled with 1 thick layer of 'dirt'!! ahahahaha....dun puke leh! Anyway, Mummy and sis oso wana go clean up, so made and appointment yesterday morning and all 3 ladies from the Chan's family headed down to our family dentist in Tanglin Shopping Center to "Xi Shua Shua Xi Shua Shua" our teeth lor! ahahaha

Doc say my teeth is quite ok, except for my gums. Seems that my gums are residing and it's prolly due to the wrong method of brushing. Oh well...I guess most ppl actually brush like me....in, out, left, right, which is incorrect. Kindergarten oso got teach us to brush up and down, but who will really bother and follow!! Worst of all! Doc said tat I'm more like scrubbing my teeth than brushing!!! ahahahhaha...That explains for the residing of my gums. I din actually notice it until he showed it to me. After which, he did some filling of tat tooth. So now must brush properly liao. Now my teeth so clean, tis makes me really motivated to maintain it. So after the dental cleaning, me went to the Sanrio shop in Taka to buy the Hello Kitty Toothbrush set so tat I oso can brush my teeth in the office after my lunch! ahahaha...Oops! But I have yet to go see my orthodontics dentist for my annual check-up! Tink oredi overdued long long time liao! Sometimes I'm quite paranoid tat my teeth will go back to it's 'Bugs Bunny form'! Gals mah...usually more hiao one! hee...
