Probation Shorten = Confirmation = Pay Increament!! *HURRAY*

Yes!! I'm really happy today. Been grining to myself at work the whole day to an extent that I can't really concentrate on my work. Been waiting for this day...which shld be in July actually. However, I'm really glad that my probation has been shortened!! I'm officially part of the Company as of today!! More importantly, I'll get all the benefits and of coz, pay increment which is wat I'm looking at and happy with! Not gona mention some other details here, which I discussed with my manager today when I received the confirmation letter from her coz it's confidential. Anyway, I really hope that I can go far in this company. Keeping my fingers crossed! To all those who have helped me in one way or another during my 2mths here, THANKS A LOT GUYS!!...we'll all work hard and strive together as a team ya!! *winks*

First person whom I smsed was Papa. And his reply:- "Good for you. So can give us treat again hor?" My rerply:- "Can! Jumbo Seafood again lor!" ahahha...yeaps, our fav food hunt again!

As soon as I received confirmation, I started clearing all the junks on my desk left behind by the previous person. Wanted to clear those things earlier, but was afraid tat I kana sacked or wat, so decided to do so after my confimation. Mmm....guess I'll be heading down Ikea tis weekend to buy some stuffs. Wana decorate my nice little 'breathing' space! Coz most of the time I'll be hiding inside my cubicle...Oops! shld be Workstation. hee....

Went back hm still grining away. Told Mummy abt it. Wanted to tell her earlier but she was taking her afternoon beauty nap lah, so din wan to disturb her. Erm...but somehow they found it strange leh. Papa and Mummy both felt that usually probation will extend, seldom will shorten one lor...othewise it will be exactly 3mths then confirm. Oh well!! Who Cares!!....But I noe, I'll be having more job responsibilites coming up. It's gona be a whole new challenges ahead waiting for me. Wish me luck!

Oh!! Did I mention that I had a meeting today?...Anyway, I was Sooo surprised to see a well-known celebrity from a certain high-rating station. Due to confidentiality, I'm not mentioning anything here. But that celebrity...GOSH!! HE IS SO SUAVE & COOL!! and his VOICE...Oh my! I tell u...U juz wana listen to him tok and tok non-stop! Hee...I wasn't really concentrating on the meeting manz...1/2 the time I was bio-ing him lah! ahahahhaha...

Mmm...Gona change to a more sombre mood now. Was msning my Nanny Uncle Mat last nite. And he was upset. It was a bai-wu-long lah. Coz he say his dog's bro kana liver cancer and may not live long. Ok, Uncle Mat has 2 dogs, 1 is Sasha, the other 1 is Bubble. And he told me is the bigger dog, which I taut was Bubble! Called him immediately to find out wat happened. And for the first time in my entire 3.5 yrs of knowing him, I actually hear him broke down and cry. I was so upset when I heard that, coz he has alwaiz been the strongest person around and he's alwaiz the one there for me when I'm down. So I can really feel for him when he cried. And I myself was teary-eyed as well...THEN...lata on, I realised something. IT WAS ACTUALLY NOT HIS DOG, BUBBLE who has liver cancer. It was ANOTHER dog!! Ok, the story goes like this. Sasha actually has another brother. And this brother is actually his friend's dog! Kaoz!!!...But becoz Uncle Mat oso see this dog grow up, so he definately feel attached to the dog one, plus, he's oso Sasha's brother. More importantly, he is a dog lover. That reminds me of my Papa, who's Koi fishes died 2 weeks back and he was so affected by it that he could not sleep for 2 nights! Coz not 1 died, but tink 2 or 3 died...and the one that died is one of my Papa's Fav Koi!! Anyway, found out that it was coz of the filter...tink got bacteria or wat lah, causing the fishes to kana poison lor. All tks to the Fish doctors from Rainbow, who helped diagnosed it and saved the rest of the Koi.

Sasha's brother was not so fortunate. Apparently, he went to this animal clinic in the West side. However, the vets can't seem to disgnose the problem. Oni gave the poor dog medication and monitor the condition, which only gets worst each day. Until few days back, the owners sensed something is wrong then sent to Mount Pleasant Animal Hospital for 2nd opinion. That's where the vet there immediately diagnosed it as liver Cancer, which is in the final stage. Operation would be too risky as its body is too weak to take the anaesthetic and it wld prolly die in the operating theatre. No Cure...is wat the vet told them. So basically, Uncle Mat was at the animal hospital visiting the poor dog. Guess the animal clinic in the West side quite CMI leh. If they are competent enough, prolly tis dog would hab been saved! And now, Uncle Mat is worried that Sasha may kana, coz it may be hereditary. So I warned him to seek a better vet for Sasha.

My deepest condolences to the dog's owner. Hoped that he'll get over it soon. Same goes to my dearest uncle mat... Death is part and parcel of life...it may be a good thing for the dog as well, coz it's also suffering.

I can never understand how pet owners feel coz I'm dun keep pets. Neither do I wan to keep pets. Coz I can't even take care of myself...how to take care of my pets??...But IF I ever hab a pet, I reckoned that my pet would prolly die from:-

1. Over-eating
2. Eating the wrong food
3. Obesity

It's not funny ok...since the owner is such a glutton! ahahhaa...anyway, will end this super long post today. Time to enter my peko's dreamland Zzzzz......
