This whole week is like a nitemare to me! Superly busy that I seemed to have lost track of time. I was stationed @ the Singapore Expo from Tuesday till Friday. And not forgetting that I was already there on Monday afternoon for the set-up, which lasted till 7pm due to some screwed up from the Contractors. And late that night, I still rushed out to meet the guy from my subsidary to get some urgent stuffs from him. Luckily he came near my place. Standing on heels from 10am - 6pm on the bloody heels is really a tortue especially when I'm not a heels person. Plus the fact that I just had a relapse from my slip-disc, so everyday my lower back is like aching. Anyway, after doing trade & consumer fairs, I realised that somehow I still prefer doing consumer fairs. It's more interesting even though you may meet with more funny people. For trade shows, people there are more serious as they're usually the high and mighty people, which can be really stressful at times.

My Company's theme for this trade show is to make it like a warehouse. In case you're wondering, it's actually done in-house. Anyway, we don't actually get events company to set-up our shows. Everything is DIY!! That's why I alwaiz say that I'm a
Bao-Sua-Bao-Hai Executive, coz I also have to manage events, including set-ups and all. It can be pretty tough, especially on the co-ordination part. Come to think of it, am glad that I din end up working @ events company!

My team of designers whom I work really very closely with. Hmm....sometimes it's quite tough on my end, coz generally, designers have pretty weird personality, or rather, they're a little tempremental. So....muz noe how to see their mood when talking to them, especially when Marketers and Designers see things differently.

Back to the trade fair, response was better for the 1st and 2nd day. Subsequently, the crowd we get is quite disappointing. Prolly coz most of the overseas client went back by the 3rd day. So end up were mostly the locals, who just come in see see look look only. As usual, we did a lot of barter trade! Haha....For a few cups of our coffee, we got chicken rice, po-piahs, shrimps with chilli paste, dim sum etc. etc. Our meals is basically provided for throughout the day we juz can't stop eating! Also made new frens during the exhibition. After all, it's a small industry, so chances are, we'll still see each other again for the coming food fair in May! Haha...more Free food again! *drools*

Anyway, for the event on Saturday @ Toa Payoh HDB Hub, which is actually The New Paper Big Walk Walkshop, response was pretty good! But now, my voice sound a bit '
manly' from all the toking and shouting! Haha....really no image liao when I do such consumer event! There'll be another Walkshop next Sat, which is a Public Holiday...same venue. As this year will be the last Big Walk @ National Stadium, do go down and sign up to support!

It's Labour Day today....and my favourite month of the year! *Grinz*....Oh ya! I'll be able to vote on Saturday! Heehee....Since voting is sacred and confidential, my lips are sealed!.....*rolls eyes*...Anyway, here's wishing all a Happy Labour Day!
