Wooohooo...

I'm so glad that all my events are finally over!! I is a happy gal lah! All 3 events went on smoothly, but it's definately physically and mentally draining. It's really a challenge to me and I salute to those working in events company or equivalent industry. I think it's definately madness, but it was pretty enjoyable! There were also a lot of funny incidents at the events. Met a lunatic @ the Subaru Challenge. My poor sis and Mathew got 'victimised' lor! Wahahaha....it's definately good to have loyal supporters for your brand/products, but if you get a lunatic, erm....it's a different story altogether. Back to the challenge....it's definately exciting this year to see the contestants so competitive. Seriously speaking, when I see their feets and hands all swelling, looking dazed and like lobster (being baked under the sun) and under the rain, I wonder if it's all worth it after all especially if you did not win the car in the end. What's more it's an Impreza than a WRX! *scratch head*...Well, to each his own lah. So no comments.

The event at Car Times wasn't that fantastic. It was superly boring and I spent my time there talking, eating, sneaking into Takashimaya to shop and inhaling 2nd hand smoke while networking with the people there. Met some great people there though and thanks to the DJs...we had our fill of retro songs upon our request! Heehee....

The Asia Pacific Food Expo which ended yesterday was one of my most fulfilling events of the year! We managed to hit our sales target which was even better than expected! If it wasn't for out-of-stock situation for 1 of our items, we could have done even better. Gosh! Now I can feel the pressure for next year's Singapore Food Expo in May. Oh well, I might not be handling it after all if it clashes with my sis's wedding in May whereby I'll be stuffing myself silly with sashimi, ramen and anything Jap! Might pop by Hokkaido too....dear sis is doing the planning now, so we'll see how the plan goes.

Seriously, the thought of my work schedule next year does scare me a little. 4 major events with more coming in for sure. Not sure if it's a good sign though. Most people who have not seen me for a while since the last food show all commented that I have run down a lot. *duh*....But how come my clothes still tight eh!!??.....I do eat, I do snack and I love rice, chicken skin and anything sinful. Other than Monday & Tuesday where I have salad for lunch, most of the time I have normal meals. But I don't deny that I've been under tremendous stress for the past few months. It's pretty evident from the no. of pimples that have been popping out on my skin. Bad Bad! My stupid sales guys all commented that I have finally *gasp* Grown Up! &%$^(%*%#!!... Well, hopefully with the end of my events, my stress level will be decreased as well. Oh, not yet. I still have 2 campaigns coming up real soon! *bangs head against wall*

So, that's how November came and December will be here soon! I miss shopping & gossiping with my best friend, I miss Fish & Co, I miss weekends & I miss everything that I'm supposed to miss! Wahahaha.....But right now, I'm gona watched my dearly missed AMAZING RACE!!! Wooohoo.....will blog again soon!
