Happy Belated Birthday to "779"

Nope. "779" is not a gang-code. It's actually how we call one of our colleagues in the office! Haha...dun ask me why, but that's what most of us call him. Anyway, "779" is actually his fone extension no.! muhahaha

"779" is our IT guy. Very humble, down-to-earth and funny. But dun be deceived by his "si-si-wen-wen" look!...Me alwaiz kena bully by him one! *sobz*...Hmm...But me oso got bully him lah! *evils grin*

Here's a peek at the Old Birthday Man!! Haha....

So Cheeky rite!!...Haiz...Refused to let me take pix of him! But in the end did manage to take a proper shot...

Have been partying, playing and eating so much that I'm really growing FAT! Will start my dieting plans again after the Lunar New Year! Muahahhaa...Anyway, it's New Year's Eve today! *Yippie*...Looking forward to a brand new year and a brand new start! Hoped that everything will be smooth sailing for me. Here's wishing everyone a Happy 2006!!!

It's Party Time in McDonald's!!!

Yesterday was the funniest and most memorable birthday party I had ever attended in my entire life. It was my sister's jie-mei's sister's birthday! Muahaha....sounds complicating eh??!!...Anyway, she's such a innovative person to actually think of celebrating her sis's birthday in McDonalds @ King Albert Park. Well, in case you're wondering, it's actually her sis's 17th Birthday! Muahahaha...ya....so just imagine all the over-grown adults in the small little party room...with the 'undersized' chairs and tables! Very funny sight indeed. And there were many pass-by's or those McDonald's customers who were really puzzled as they kept looking in and feeling strange as to where have all the little kids gone to!...Really Love the McDonald's in K.A.P. Look! Even their carpark is soooo CUTE!!...All painted with Ronald McDonalds!...

So nice rite??!!...There were actually more painted walls in its basement carpark. We seemed to be very fascinated by everything there! Even its Apple Juice!!...

Isn't it CuTe??...

Even its "Sauce Tray"...we're also super fascinated! Muahaha

And here's the more unbelievable part - GAMES!! We actully played the games organised by the McDonald's Crew. Played 2 games: "Blow-Wind-Blow" and "Musical Chairs"! Very fun, and they even played those kid's songs...Nope, not Twinkle-Twinkle...but those we sing when we were in Primary School e.g. You Are My Sunshine, Top of The World etc. And you'll just sing along naturally!

Think the Crew had a hard time conducting the games. Mmm...who knows it's actually her first time encountering such over-grown kids! Muahaha...And all of us 'gang-up' to sabo her! *evils grin*

That's Sis and I, sitting on the Undersized Kid's Chair! Very Very Funny!!...Ya Ya! I know my thighs looks thunderous! Cannot meh??!! *humph*...Anyway, am glad that my fat arse still can fit onto the tiny chair and it din break! Muahahaha...I'm so proud of myself! *blushes*

NAME-TAGS!!! I Miss Having Name-Tags! Muahahaha...Since we're supposed to be kids, hence, we shall have 'kiddish' names then! Hehe

Heh heh...Stole someone's "boyfriend" and pose pose with him!...Yeah! I'm only *ahem* 2 Years Old! *giggles*

Took some group pix, but it's in my Sis fren's digi-cam. But these pix are enough to show that we're still young at heart ok! Oh! And we even got Goodie Bags ok! Got 'limited edition' mouse pad, magnetic writing board, balloons, notepad etc. Sooo Cute ok! Haha...Hmmm....Now, I'm thinking maybe I can celebrate my Birthday there next year! *rolls eyes*

MERRY X'MAS!!!

It was a great X'mas this year. Spent it with people who are close to me. Mmm...ok, let's start with the party in my company.

SCML X'Mas Party (23 December 2005)

The self-made X'mas tree using our Creativity! Credit goes to Siew Ping, Xiao Jie and Myself!! Hahaha

The Buffeat Spread! That's only part of the food that you see here. We ordered a lot of other "Extras" food stuffs from Cold Storage, Delifrance and Swensens!

Thanks to my Lovely Patria who helped me tag and label pressie for gift exchange. Oh! And not forgetting Candice and Siew Ping who helped me a lot as well in making this mini X'mas party a success!

WAH!! So many pressie! How I wish I can bring them all home! *evils grin*

Well, for my gift exchange, maybe me unlucky lah...din get to pick something which I like, or rather, I picked something which is unstuitable for me. Anyway, we're just out there to have fun...so it's ok lah even though later on, me exchanged it with someone else! Muahahahaha

Unlike most other companies where they work only 1/2 or 3/4 days...ours is NORMAL working hours. Off as usual at 6.15pm! Sianz...but then, all got no mood to work oso, so ended up chatting away...then around 5+pm we went to pantry and eat the ice-cream log cake, chatted away until nearly 6pm, packed up and get ready to go home! Haha...Well, at least everyone is in a good mood.

Party @ Home - Christmas Eve!

Party @ Home with My Lovely Buddies!!...Love You Guys!! *muacks*

The 2 "M"s...Mathew and Mike...My 2 Nannies!!

Great night with great food which my Mummy prepared...and Great Wine to go along with. Thanks to Shan-Mei and Mike who brought over to my house. Played a lot of stupid games to finish up all the food! Haha...we are all bo-liao people anyway...laugh until so hard that we all kena serious tummy-ache!

Oh! Forgot to mention my Christmas gifts this year! Got so many pressie this year as compared to other years! I've got new additions of Peko dolls to my collections. Tks to my dearest cat who did all he could to get hold of it in Japan. Got losta bears this year...HRC bear from LA, 2 Sashas Bear, fury dustbins and lotsa strawberry shortcake stuffs, given to my by my darling sista. Then got chocolates, some other cutsy stuffs that I dun remember also already. Am supposed to take pix of it, but I'm just too lazy! Haha

Anyway, Christmas this year was a simple affair, but an enjoyable one. Making plans for next week oredi! haha...Most likely it's gona be the same gang! Looking forward to a brand new Year...! Anyway, here's wishing all a Jolly Merry Christmas
!!

Bo Liao @ Work

Since I'm feeling bo-liao that particular day and somehow I had my digicam with me, mi decided to take pix of my less messy table of my office! Haha

Ya...I know my desk looks like a Kiddy-Land...CANNOT MEH???? I'm still *ahem* Young wat! muhaahahahaha....Well,at least with such a cutsy and cosy envrionment, it makes me more motivated to work harder! Haha...Anyway, my 'cubicle' is actually quite big. What you see is only the front and the side. I still got the back part where I placed all our products and some confidential items, hence I neber take pix of that.

And it was such a coincidence that day...one of my bestest colleague/fren, Geraldine actually wore the same colour combi as me - Black and White!

Anyway, Miss Geraldine is now happily in Thailand enjoying her Christmas there I guess. Lucky Gal! We're planning to go there together with some other colleagues next year though. Hee...

This is my other bestest colleague/fren @ work, Candice. A first time mother to-be in another 1-2 Week's time. Guess she must be really excited and aniticipating the arrival of her newborn. We're just as excited as she is! hee...Sometimes when we're really bored then we'll help her to think of a name for her son! Haha...then sometimes my stupid sales guy will come up with really corny and cheessy names! Very funny! hahaha

2 out of the 4 witty ladies from my R&D department. Love going down to their department to gossip, chit-chat with them when my Boss is not around. Oops! Did I just mention that me go to their department to eat-snake?...*rolls eyes* Shhhhhh....Anyway, I can click pretty well with them...even though we work in different levels.

Anyway, it was a great working week. Hoped that it will be the same next week as well. : )

My Manager's Birthday

Haha! I'm in my office blogging again! It's my manager's birthday today and she din come into the office! Actually, we bought her a cake and she's supposed to come back to the office to cut the cake. Unfortunately, due to some screw up in the delivery timing and that she's already got lunch appointment with her family, hence, we got our Assistant Manager, who's actually her cousin to deliver the cake to her instead since he's meeting them for lunch anyway. But then, that means we do not have the chance to eat the delicious and expensive cake liao! *Sobz*...So, we decided to take pix of the cake, to remind ourselves that we can only see, but not eat the cake! Haha...

Lovely Cake...But can only see, no touch! Quite a torture manz! Haha...It's a strawberry flavoured cake. Ok, as a form of consolation to myself, I prefer eating chocolate cakes to strawberry cakes! Haha...So it's ok lor. *rolls eyes*

That's my colleagues and I, self-entertaining ourselves with the 'un-eatable' cake!

So glad that it's finally Friday!! A short working week for me! Counting down to 6.15pm to knock off from work! TGIF! May you guys have a great weekend too! Cheers!

Finally I'm Back!!!

So glad to be able to sit down and blog finally! It's definately gona be a super super long entry with lotsa pix. Will try to keep it short and sweet though. So read only when you're absolutely Free and got nothing better to do! muahahaha

My Bangkok Trip!!

It was really FUN!! Great food, Great Shopping and of course, Great Company!! Really enjoy myself so much that I'm already planning another trip there some time early next year. This time round, probably I'll go up to Pattaya, to find the "White Dragon" or also known as "Bai Long Wang". Anyway, I spent a total of almost *gasp* $1.3k purely on shopping!! If I were to include Food, Accomodation and Transport, that's another $600+!! Hey, and that's in SING Dollars ok...not Thai Bhat!! Haha...

Taken @ Chatuchak Weekend Market. Tink I spend really A LOT of money there!! Everything there seemed so cheap that you somehow just blindly contribute to the economy there! Haha

OMG!! Look at the amount of stuffs I bought!! And that was like only the 2nd day of my trip! Infact, on my very first night there, we went to this night market, Suan Lomp...not too sure if correct spelling. Anyway, me oredi bought quite some stuffs there. I love that night market! The stuffs there are so unique! We went there for like 3 nights!

Ok, what you see above is only 10% of the stuffs that I bought!! Haha...I bought soooo many things that I gave up placing it properly to take pix of it! Too lazy! The moment we reach hotel, we'll unpack then pack into our bags, coz we foresee that we'll simply have too many things to pack that we may not have enough time to do that! Haha...Yeah! We're quite extreme shoppers!

Went to MBK. Mmm...not as good to shop as compared to the night or weekend market. However, did manage to grab some good bargins for nice bags and heels. But according to my sis-in-law, the quality is quite bad lah. But it's like only 199baht i.e. SGD8 leh, what do you expect!! Haha

We ate and Nam Sing...famous for its Sharks fin and Bird's Nest. Mmm....not very fantastic leh, even though we ordered the higher grade/quality one. I think the Sharks Fin in Thai Village @ Kallang, near the National Stadium is much nicer! We also ate Jap food @ Fuji Jap Restuarant. It's so cheap ok! The sashimi platter is like only 250baht! Unfortunately, din manage to try this particular Thai Restuarant, "To-Sit" in Siam Square. Went 3 times but closed! Haiz...tink not fated to eat there. But managed to eat at another place which serves Thai food as well. Not too bad. The food is quite authentic and quite delicious. *Drool*

Ok...Guess you guys muz be wondering if me went to watch the Ah-Kua or Thai-Ger ("Tiger") Show. Haha...Yeah! I did, but not the Ah-Kua show lah. But I felt so cheated!! Anyway, was conned of my 300baht! Haiz...but was an eye-opener even though the 'show' wasn't really very entertaining!!

Oh ya! Forget to mention that we stayed in Holiday Inn Silom. Not bad. Nice hotel with cosy bedroom. Most of the time, we travel by taxi lah. Coz we did our sums and felt that it was more worth it and comfortable to sit taxi instead of the tuk-tuk. But did sit once lor, to get a feel of it and get our face all filled with dirt and pollution! haha...Still, it was a good experience lah.

Mmm....a particular incident happened during the trip. But it's over and we're back safe and sound, so I'll not blog in here, coz it was a pact among ourselves that we'll not bring up this incident. Anyway, just to warn people out there there to be very careful and alwaiz be on the alert when you're overseas.

Looking at the amount of shopping we bought, yeaps...our baggage was like 8kg overweight! Haha....but they close 3/4 eyes lah...so we only pay a fine of 1,000baht lor. Bo bianz lah...in a way, we're already prepared to pay also!

I've yet to finish packing my stuffs even though I came back on Tuesday night. Too tired and lazy lor. So I still got some stuffs still left lying around on my floor! Haha...Mummy is gona scream at me anytime soon! Anyway, it was indeed a great trip and a good break. Feel so re-charged now!

Cafe Nova TV Commercial, starring Vincent Ng!!

It's also my 2nd time working with him. Another professional artiste who has no airs around him. Very easy to work with and a very easy-going guy. He quite funny also lor, really like those boy-next-door type! Haha. Anyway, I'm glad that both our TV Commercial (Michelle Chia and Vincent Ng) got pretty positive feedbacks from people. But I have to admit that for Michelle Chia's version, it's quite subjective lah. It's either you like it or you don't like it. But so far, even in 8days where they have this "Boos" and "Bravos" page, both of our commercial got the "Bravos"!! So, still not too bad after all lor.

Gathering with My Poly Buddies!!

Great Night out with my long time poly buddies 2 weeks ago. Guess it has been a while since we last met up due to our super busy schedule! Just a simple dinner at Bugis Junction. And yes, one of them is already becoming a Mum in another 1 months time! Congratulations to Ben & Jasmine!

Lately At Work...

Glad that my office outlook express wasn't being bombarded too much while I was away from office for 3 days! *Phew* But then, seemed that I've got work pilling up and since I'll be the one to organise the X'mas Celebration for my Company next Friday, and I've got so many logistics stuffs to plan and implement! Sianz! Ahhhh!! That reminds me of my Company X'mas Gift Exchange! Hee...Look what I've bought....

This radio is so damn cool ok! The moment I saw it, I know that I'm just gona get it as a X'mas gift exchange. Besides, it falls within the budget amount. Hmm...actually, I was the one who set the budget and stick on the Memo!! Haha...Well, coz I'm the organiser mah, so I got the final say! *evils grin* And I even banned items such as photo frames, aromatheraphy stuffs, towels, stuff toys, towels etc. You know lah, those usual items which you get ALL the time!! Haha...But then, the moment I put up the Memo, all my colleagues come after me and grumble! muahahhaa...Too Bad! They have to abide MY Rules and Regulations! Heh heh

So...It's indeed a long entry. Shall not bored you guys with my lengthy updates. Will blog again when I'm feeling hardworking! Hee...

To Bangkok!!

I MISS BLOGGING!!!....But I'm simply too busy lately and soooo many things happened recently that I just lost track of time. Anyway, I'm now in my office blogging...no mood to work, coz I'll be going to BANGKOK in another 8 hours time!! Go there eat and shop till I drop! Haha....I'm going with 2 of my buddies, so it's gona be really fun! Really need a good break. Will post all my updates and lotsa pix when I'm back next week. Till then!
