Acne Problem No More!

Lately, I was introduced by Shan-mei to try on a new product, the 3M Nexcare Acne Patch. It work wonders ok! Click on the link to find out more about this product as I'm just too lazy to type it all out here. Heehee.....Anyway, here's a pix of how it looks like:

Personally, I do feel that it's a little pricy but if it works, I dun mind paying a little more. After all, I'm just too vain lah and of coz, moi still being *ahem* young, I still have to fight acne you know! Muhahaha....Anyway, Nexcare can be purchase in Watson's store. The bigger box costs around $7.80 and the smaller box is around $4.20. And yes, I'm now obsessed with it!

Local Tour

Before I start, just to warn you guys that this blog entry will contain some really gruesome pix that may just freaked you out. Read at your own risk! Heh Heh

Sunday we went on a local tour! Nah....it's not because that I've nothing better to do ok! But because my sis bf is here on a tour! Heehee....So we have to bring him to some of the so-called famous sights in Singapore. The usual place of the Esplanade and The Merlion....Sis and I decided to take a shot as well! Yeah...the vainpots lah...! Heehee

And yes! We went to the OLDEST temple in Singapore....erm....Thian Hock Gong??....Oh well! Whatever lah.

That's my sis bf trying to mimic the Jet Li's Kung-Fu Style! Muahaha....Later on, we decided to bring him to somewhere, away from the buzz of the city life....Lim Chu Kang! We went to the Goats Farm as well as the Frog Farm. I went to the Goat's Farm earlier this year. So I wasn't as 'sua-pa' as the previous time! Heehee....Had fresh chocolate flavoured goat's milk. But I still prefer the Cow's version! Muahaha....

Next, we went on to the Froggies Farm! Papa and Mummy used to go there very often to get fresh supplies of San-yu and Frog Legs. But ever since this farm supplies to markets, Mummy will buy from the market rather than making the long trip down to Lim Chu Kang.

Let's Sing to the Frog's Song!!.....*Gurmit the Frog*....Muahahaha

First, he catches the fish for us. Then, he killed it, de-scaled it, washed it clean, de-boned it and packed it. It will be our dinner for tomorrow.

Ya....I know this pix looks like a murder scene or something. Anyway, those are the poor froggies that had been killed, de-skinned and de-intestines. As it's really kinda sad to see how they are being killed, hence I decided not to take any pix on that....I only took the aftermathe. One thing for sure, I know that I'll never go to Heaven when I die in future, since I'm just gona eat it tomorrow. And vegetarian?....Not at this point in time either, coz I LOVE food too much! And judging from the pix, I know I've grown fatter as well! Arrggg!!...Will shed off those extra pounds after next week! Heh heh

For the coming months...

I'll be really really busy for the coming months. Arrg! Imagine I've got all my events lined up already from now all the way till end November! Here's the list:

1. Natas Fair 2006
We're the official coffee sponsors during the Natas Fair in March, and now for the September show. It'll be from the 29th September till 1st October. Hmm....we're just beside Singapore Airlines....wonder if got Free tix or not! Muahahaa....anyway, it's a pretty good event as I heard that the price is pretty cheap and got quite a lot of freebies. Do come on down and check it out.

2. SIAL 2006
I'll be going over to Paris for a business trip or rather, an overseas exhibition! It will be a 10 day trip. Muahahaa.....Hmm....it is more or less confirmed, though am keeping my fingers crossed, hopefully no screwed up lah. If everything is fine, I'll be flying off some time the 3rd week of October. Will update more once it has been confirmed. I '
pandang' lah! *rolls eyes*

3. Mediacorp Radio Subaru Challenge 2006
You might have heard this on Class 95 and some other radio stations. Again, we're the official coffee sponsor. I guess this sponsorship will be fun but will also be a killer for me as well coz I might have to work overnight, depending on how long the contestants can tahan lor. But this is not confirmed as of yet. My sis was commenting that if I really do have to work thru the nights for as long as the contestants can endure, I might as well join the challenge and win the Car! Haha...come to think of it, quite true eh! The only thing is that I do not have to withstand the harsh weather conditions and to place my palm on the car in an akward position. Heehee... Oh! anyway, this event will take place in the 1st week of November. Interested parties, what are you waiting for??!! Sign up NOW! Limited Edition Subaru WRX you know!!

4. Asia Pacific Food Expo 2006
Another major food event for consumers. It's fun, but tiring and not easy having to deal with some difficult consumers at times. But it's a good break away from office and of course, to get lotsa freebies after the whole show. And not forgetting Free food throughout the day as well! *evils grin* This event will be in end November. Do check out the webby for more details.

Ok, these are the major events for the coming months. There are still some minor events or major projects along the way and one of the major projects is at Vivio City! Yeaps, apparently it's gona be the largest mall in Singapore! But seems that a lot of mountain tortise *Oops* (you know who you are) do not know where the hell it is. Muahaha....anyway, it's located just beside Habour Front or World Trade Centre! Simply take the North-east line and you can reach there liao. But it's only due to open sometime in October. I guess I would frequent there often now and in future. After all, that project is like my baby! Must take good care of it. Hee hee

Now I have every reason to indulge in more chocolates! I NEED TO DE-STRESS!!!!!

Disillusioned Soul

Damnz! It's just another sucky week again. Seriously wonder if I ever stepped on any shit unknowingly recently! Oh well, maybe it's just that irritating time of the month again that it's affecting me emotionally. Feel so vulnerable and it definately feels much worst off when you're single and lonely. And that leads me to do something really stupid that makes me even more superly depressed. Anyway, I shall just leave it as that. Maybe I'm a confused soul...maybe I'm just lost...or maybe I just need a pillar of support.

At some point in our lives, we have to make a decision. Be it good or bad, it is something we have to face it. Sometimes, I wonder if I've made the wrong decision by giving up on certain things in life. I know I should never live in the past but to move on in life, in search of greener pastures. But are the pastures really greener out there? I really don't know. Or maybe I have not found the so-called greener pasture out there yet, if it does exist in the first place.

Mmm....why am I feeling so lost??.............

Dramatic Week!

Last week has been like a roller-coaster ride. I've so much to blog on but I don't know where to start. Ok, let's just start with the change of my new blog address first. After using my old blog address for like around 2 years, I guess it's time to change it to my favourite Fujiya Milk-Girl's name and her boyfriend's name i.e. Peko and Poko respectively. Ok, I know I'm nuts but I LIKE!! *Grinz*

Anyway, I finally went to satisfy my severe craving for Muthu Curry last friday!! Muahahaha. Don't ask me why. I had already wanted to eat that since last Saturday but somehow at that point in time, the temption to eat in Chong Qing Hot Pot is greater than Muthu. Unfortuntely after that, my craving for Muthu starts. The thought of the fish head with its eyes popping out makes me drool all over the floor. Yeah! I should have tried my luck in Fear Factor! But no. I'm terrified of snakes and heights. Ok, enough of such grossified stuffs! Oh! before that, I don't know what was the matter with me. I actually left my dearest phone in my office! OMG! It was only when I got home then I realised it. Damnz! so I went all the way back to Senoko, fortunately with Miss Clara accompanying me. Then quickly headed down to Muthu where Pow & Clara's sis were waiting for us there almost and hour and they had already somehow finished their dinner. Felt so bad. But I just needed my fone badly as I felt superly handicapped without it. After dinner was shopping at Mustafa! Yeah...shopping queens can shop anywhere! *grinz* We spent like almost 2-3hrs there I guess. There're so much things to see and buy. But you have to be really skinny to be able to squeeze through the tiny passage ways and using your arse to push your way through! Ok, I know we're not skinny...just that we managed to push our way and move around! Muahaha....I bought a currency converter calculator at only $6.90! It's convenient, pretty easy to use (Thanks to Miss Clara for teaching a slow student like moi! Heehee) and it's cheap! BUT BUT BUT....Today the battery died-ed on me! Wah lau eh! Coz my sis wanted to try it and to our horror, the screen just went blank. Nothing comes out no matter how you pressed it! So , the morale of the story is...There's nothing in this world called Cheap & Good!!

Last Thursday I met up with some of my colleagues for chill-out session where an unfortunate incident happened. Not going to elaborate much. Am just glad that both are safe and sound. Maybe all of us went to the 大伯公 庙 in loyang (which is open 24hrs) to pray before heading home. Sounds cliche but well, sometimes you can't choose not to believe it.

Can't remember what else happened. It's like...everything just comes altogether. Hopefully that next week will be more peaceful.

讲华语

After 10 years of Mandarin lessons, it was only yesterday did I realised that my mandarin is actually so sucky! It was definately a disaster trying to communicate in proper mandarin (i.e. without the usage of any form of English) with my counterparts or rather my distant colleagues in China. What's more, they either have little or no knowledge of Ang-Moh language at all. Ever heard of chicken and duck communicating?....Well, it's exactly the same scenario. Embarassing. Well, that's the consequences for not heeding 老李's advice to 多讲华语! *rolls eyes*
